Gym Rental
$75/Hour
2-Hour minimum
St. James Gymnasium is available for rent, at a two-hour minimum time frame. In renting the gym, your group will have full access to the gym space. We also have a variety of equipment that is available for your event. Rental request made within 2 of requested date can not be accomadated.

Birthday Parties
$150 for 2 hours
+$50 for Skate Party
+$50 for 1 hour add-on

A birthday party rental at St. James gives you access to the entire building, when available. Our upper room has chairs and tables enough to accommodate up to 50 people.

Classroom Rentals
Cost varies, depending on use
St. James Activities Building is equipped with a three separate classrooms and one large gathering space. Tables, chairs, a projector, and more optional equipent are available and included in the rental cost.
